Alhamdulillah for another milestone! TudungPeople Philippines just turned two, and where else would we celebrate but in the heart of Marawi City? It was one of those weekends that reminded us how far we’ve come, how much we’ve grown, and how amazing our TP community has become.
The birthday bash happened at Bro’s Coffee Marawi, where the TP Mother finally met some of her TP Kitties in person and let’s just say it was part reunion, part chika session, and part “who-wore-what” inspection. Haha!
Shout out to Bro’s Coffee Marawi. Thank you so much for welcoming us so kindly and for providing such a cozy, inspiring space. You basically turned your café into our second home for days. We might have overstayed a little bit... but it’s fine, we brought good vibes (and hijabs).
This year’s celebration hit differently. You can really feel how much TudungPeople has grown — not just in numbers, but in connection, sisterhood, and love. You know it’s real growth when people travel all the way from Cagayan de Oro, Lanao del Norte, and Cotabato just to celebrate with you. Grabe kayo! Legit supporters. We see you, and we love you. 💛
Fun fact: on the first day alone, all our shawls were sold out! We didn’t even get to blink. But honestly, it wasn’t just about the sales. It was about the laughter and the kwentos that make TP feel like one big (and very stylish) family. TudungPeople is, and will always be, more than just a brand.

To our Marawi TP Kitties, thank you for your constant love and support since day one. Two years down, InshaAllah, many more to go. Next time, we’ll try to remember to take a proper group photo before the shopping chaos begins. Haha!
